service levels and saved 10% expenses.

Developed new performance management system. Company's largest office was
having retention issues. As HR Director, evaluated current performance
management program and developed a new approach with streamlined processes.
Employee satisfaction rates improved year-over-year and turnover
decreased.

Career History

Director-Operations Services, Crowe Horwath LLP, 2005-2012. A national
accounting & consulting firm with 2,400 employees. Responsible for leading
a 200-person team in real estate, travel, production, meeting services and
administrative/HR support. Substantial contributions in organizational
development M&A integrations, cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
Recruited in 2002 as Executive in Charge of Office Operations.

Director of Human Resources/Operations Manager, Andersen LLP, 1998-2002. A
global accounting and consulting firm. Responsible for a team of 125 staff
in human resources, finance, marketing and technology. Served as HR &
Operations Manager/Real Estate Consulting Manager during 1994-1998
responsible for 60-person Regional Valuation Group. Joined Andersen as a
Real Estate Consultant in 1988.
