- Complaints Department at the National Health Service, April 2008 - January 2009
o Working on a Computer - The Programmes I was working on was Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook. Programmes specifically designed for the Department were I had to register every complaint and put every complaint in order.
o Photocopying - Complaint letters for files. Photocopying statements from paramedics and police officers.
o Telephone - Speaking to public people on a daily basis answering complaints and taking messages for my manager.
o Filing- Filing away every complaint made about the NHS in date order in files and filing cupboards. I Filed old complaints to put the NHS filing system in a proper order were all complaints were easy to find.
o Post - Collecting the post for my department and delivering the post to various departments within the building.

- Simple Speedy Summary Justice Unit (SSSJ), Jan 2007 - Jan 2008
o Working on a computer - programmes such a Microsoft word, excel and outlook, CIS (criminal intelligence system), NSPIS (National Strategy for Police Information Systems), File track, Equis, My options and My view.
o Photocopying - this included files for the first court hearing and evidence (such as photo's and exhibits).
o Telephone - Speaking to police officers on a daily basis.
o Filing - filing away cases until there first hearing and filing away remanded or adjourned cases until there next hearing.
o Court results - sending Not Guilty files to Case Management and Progression (CMAP) and sending Guilty plea files to King's Lynn results section.
o Post - Opening and sending the internal and external post to the correct places.

- Results Section, July 2006 - December 2006
o Working on a computer - Writing letters on Microsoft word, working on Microsoft excel and outlook, updating File track and Equis.
o Sending and posting letters to defendants, victims and witnesses of court result.
o Returning exhibits
o Telephone - speaking to the public about the court result and what it meant (e.g explaining what a conditional discharge was, etc.)

- Central Ticket Office (CTO), April 2006 - June 2006
o Working on a computer - a separate police programme called VFPO which included inputting fixed penalty fines and printing information.
o Post - sorting out every fixed penalty and paperwork that came in into number and date order.
o Telephone - speaking to the public about their fine(s) and police officers for information.

- Witness Care Officer, January 2005 - March 2006
o Meeting victims and witnesses of any crime
o Telephone - Speaking to victims and witnesses about how the court procedure works and asking if they would like any special measure e.g if they were nervous about going to court we would try to get screens put in place for them so they wouldn't have to see or look at the defendant while giving evidence.
o Going to court - Meeting the victims and witnesses at court, going round with them with the court service and just comforting them.
o Working on a computer - this was on a system called COMPASS and it was interconnected with CPS (Crown Prosecution Service). On this system we updated everything that had been going on in the case, conversations with the victims and witnesses, if they were vulnerable, creating letters and so much more.

- Camera Safety Partnership (CTO), July 2003 - December 2004
o Working on a computer - a separate police programme called VFPO updating this system with peoples details and information provided by the DVLA
o Sending out speeding fines - letters called Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIPS) and Conditional Offers.
o Filing
o Telephone - Speaking to members of public about their speeding fines, if they had sold their car then telling them which part to fill out on the back of the letter and explaining court procedure if they had received a court summons.

- Warehouse, September 2002 - March 2003
o Lifting boxes
o Meeting deadlines and targets e.g. number of creates had to be full of ordered books from the public by a certain time.
o Stock checks
o Organizing my team in which I was in charge of
o Collecting lose cardboard and putting it in the cardboard bin.
