-Responsible for implementing and maintaining a program of site inspections for compliance with site plans and subdivisions approved by the City of Lebanon including road construction, storm drain construction and sink hole treatment. Worked with City of Lebanon, Water and Sewer Department inspector regarding water and sanitary sewer line construction inspection as well as water and sewer tap information for as-built plans.
-Responsible for implementing and maintaining a floodplain development program for the City of Lebanon in compliance with F.E.M.A. regulations. Achieved an A+ rating from F.E.M.A. inspectors for the City of Lebanon.
-Responsible for boundary and topographic surveys pertaining to City of Lebanon property including sanitary sewer, waterline, and road development.
-Responsible for inspecting annual road paving project for the City of Lebanon.
-Responsible for implementing a program for obtaining road cut permits and street repair specifications for utilities construction / repair as well as inspection of said cuts for compliance with City of Lebanon.
-Responsible for all surveying instruments and materials, recommendations for purchase, contact with vendors, acquisitions and maintenance for the City of Lebanon, Engineering Department.
-Responsible for overseeing City of Lebanon ditch and storm drainage system.
-Worked with Water and Sewer Department inspector in locating & marking existing underground City of Lebanon utilities and sewer taps.
-Worked with Engineering Department supervisor on maintaining and updating City of Lebanon elevation benchmark network.
